1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

In the course of utilizing our app, CTF, we collect the following information:

  • Location Information: We collect your current location while using the app to enable gameplay and allow other players to know where you are on the map. Only your last known location is stored, and historical location data is never stored.

  • Image Data: When you complete challenges and capture flags, you will submit pictures for validation by other users. These pictures are stored for a period of one year and are then deleted.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to enable gameplay and provide features associated with the CTF game. This includes:

  • Enabling players to see your current location on the in-game map.

  • Allowing other players to validate your challenge completions via submitted pictures.

3. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not share your information with third parties. Your location and picture data are exclusively used to facilitate gameplay within the CTF app and are not used for any other purposes.

4. YOUR RIGHTS

You have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Should you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us at ali@blockclt.com.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our app does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
